Some of you may remember that I mentioned the other day that I was having a problem getting the rss feed to my Pets website. Well it’s a problem no more. With the other sites I’d saved the pages as php (rather than htm) and had no problem at all, but this was a site I’d created before joining the NZPCS program so at the time I had no idea about any of this type of thing.
This page is a html page and now that I know what I’m doing it truly is just a simple as adding the code.
For those of you in the program that are wondering or at all concerned about setting up a niche site: not sure what to make one on, have no idea how to get started etc. Don’t be.
Choosing at topic for your niche site can be a simple as writing about your favourite hobby, passing on information you’ve learnt through your life, what you tend to chat about with your friends or a multitude of other ideas. When it comes to creating your site and blogs, all the tools and resources are available to you along with the instructions, and any extra help you may need can be provided by either asking in the forum or your team member.
Once you reach this stage you’ll quickly be wondering why you didn’t start it sooner.

For some of us the thought our own domains, unlimited income, mulitple email addresses, website creators and all that goes with it is just too much to even dream of.
There is one program that offers all that. It’s easy to join, provides an easy website builder, offers up to 10 email addresses so you can create your own income earning webpages, as well as giving you the chance to promote the program to others and earn a referral income.
This is a real opportunity, a real Inc500 listed company and REAL PEOPLE WORLDWIDE are already making fantastic monthly incomes that will come to them month-after-month, year-after-year.
If you’d like to know more take the free trial now, and see all this program has to offer.

For the NZPCS Team members that haven’t checked lately, it’s advisable to keep an eye on both the forum and instruction pages. You’ll notice there has been some more instructions/tools and step by step guides added. Remember too, that we’re here to help.
By helping and communicating with each other we’ll all be able to reach our goals that much quicker. For so many of us we stumble around in the dark, trying to understand just how to go about setting up our own work from home business that we end up frustrated and often giving up. Which is why the NZPCS Affiliate Program is such a benefit to us all. Not only does it offer all the tools and resources you need free it also provides free help through the forum, instuction pages, blogs and live chats. It’s all there just waiting for us to jump in and take advantage of it.
For those of you new to this program (and even those that joined a little while ago) I urge you to pop into the forum and introduce yourself, not only is it a great way to announce your presence and your programs, it’s always nice to meet new people with the same goals and dreams, and also regularly check in with your team members blogs, I for one often put in information as I’m learning new things to either show how it works or clarfiy anything I had trouble etc with.
I look forward to working with and meeting you all.

I managed to create and upload a website where I could incorporate the rss feed of one of my blogs.
I ended up saving the index as php rather than htm and it worked fine (others may have no trouble at all inserting the code required into their htm pages – according to the instructions it’s really easy, I’m thinking that I must have missed something somewhere)
Anyway – I ‘d intially made a blog Fun For Kids but I’ve now created a website and inserted the feed from that blog into it Kid Space what this means is that everytime I update my blog, my webpage is also regularly updated with fresh content, which the search engines love

For anyone that has spent any time at all surfing the traffic exchanges it doesn’t take long to realise that the vast majority of people trying their hand at internet marketing are all promoting the same affiliate programs. In no way am I disparaging the traffic exchanges as they do have some advantages, the downfall with them is that you very rarely see anything different.
It comes as no surprise really that so many people fail, after all with the same page being promoted you need pretty good luck for someone to choose your page over someone elses.
Which makes me wonder why more of those promoting don’t try to change things up a little, is it because they don’t want to put a little work in – they truly expect to be able to earn a satisfactory income simply by adding their name to an affiliate page? Do they not have the capabilities to try and create something a little different; either the business they are promoting doesn’t allow it or they don’t have the software or knowldege to do it etc? I’m sure there are many reasons I haven’t thought of, and of course for some people this actually works, but for those new to the world of online marketing it can be a huge struggle.
This of course brings me to the reason for this post:
Why aren’t more people trying their hand at setting up their own pages? either to promote their chosen affilate programs (by giving it a bit more of a personal touch) or creating sites (niche sites) that they can have total control over. By picking a subject you know something about and writing an article or two you can use various means to earn an income for those pages. The benefit being that your page will be something different which will give people a reason to give it more than a cursory glance before moving on to something else.
It’s not has hard as you may think, and there are many places you can get free hosting and software to create your websites. Along with programs that will give you step by step instructions on how to do it.
If you would like more information on how to set up your own income earing website please visit either this free program or this paid program
Both of these will offer the help you need, the free program showing you where you can get everything you need (at no cost) and offering an extensive instruction site. The paid program offers a variety of ways you can earn money: from affiliate programs to writing articles for payment it also provides you with the webhosting you will need to get started, you get a one month free trial with this paid program and it’s well worth taking advantage of that to see all that it has to offer.

I’ve linked to an online shopping page in my pets site. It’s incredibly easy and since we’re using one of the affilate programs joined in the first stage of the program it means it’s not only a free online store you don’t have to go to any trouble joining other programs to get a huge shopping site.
Hopefully tomorrow I’m going to be working on setting up an rss feed so that I can add my blog posts to the front page of my website, which gives the added benefit of updating my webpage whenever I update my blog. Hopefully it will be as easy as setting up the online store was.
Time and kids permitting I’m also hoping that I will get the chance to add some step by step instructions to the fourm on setting up the account on the free webhosting along with how to create and upload both niche sites and blogs. For those members that as yet haven’t joined the forum I’d recommend signing up and logging in (remember a lot of it is restricted to members only so you need to register) and saying hello, if we can all become involved and help each other we’ll all benefit in the long run.
